Gracefully organize the elements of our lives to create the end results we desire most. Yoga is said by Krsna to be the art in all work. We will explore the underlying principles of all successful creations through the analogy of art, in order to understand and utilize more effectively, these natural structures, to the advantage of our true desires.

Our ability to experience extremes without being overwhelmed is itself a measurement of our capacity for direct spiritual experience. We will explore the aspect of our organism which perceives reality simply as energy – our nervous system and how it can yield spiritual experience to an educated person or imprison even a person of high knowledge in the constriction, fixity, hyper-arousal and emotional helplessness of trauma. Many people in our society have suffered through traumatic experiences of some kind. Here we will discuss and demonstrate nature’s inborn system for resolution of these frozen energies and how this process opens the doors to physical, emotional and intellectual depth.
