We have a fantastic turnout expected with over 250 people having already paid their Festival Fees. We expect this number to swell up to 350 to 400 and when combined with day visitors and the local community participants we could well surpass all our expectations with up to 500 people on each of the Friday and Saturday.

Please see the latest information on how to arrange a taxi pick-up or drop-off from the local Radhadesh train stations. Plus there is information on train timetables. This is on the "Directions to Radhadesh" link when you enter into the Radhadesh 2008 event.

Che cos'è il Kulimela?
![]()
Il Kulimela è:
4 giorni di conferenze, seminari, lavori di gruppo, festa, teatro, musica, danze e sport.
Vogliamo sapere cosa ti piacerebbe vedere, cosa puoi fare o insegnare, e cosa ti piacerebbe imparare.
Abbiamo raggruppato i seminari in 4 aree:
Sviluppo comunitario e spirituale.
Affari e Carriera.
Arti e Divertimento.
Medicina e Salute.
Potete frequentare sia per questioni puramente materiali sia per motivi spirituali o per tutte e due le ragioni.

Exploring the History of ISKCON's "Gurukula Experiment"

Posted August 18th, 2008 by chaits
For Kuli MeLA 2009 I have proposed a presentation currently titled, “Exploring the History of ISKCON’s ‘Gurukula Experiment.’”
The concept is still evolving, but I have a few ideas:
This would be an “interactive” display with photos, video, time lines, highlights, Prabhupada’s quotes and letters about his ideas and intentions for the gurukula, letters and essays from Gurukulis about their memories and experiences, letters and essays from 1st generation people about their memories and experiences related to the gurukulas, letters and essays from the Kuli crowd with their thoughts, memories, appreciations, etc. More as it develops.
