Che cos'è il Kulimela?
Il Kulimela è:
4 giorni di conferenze, seminari, lavori di gruppo, festa, teatro, musica, danze e sport.
Vogliamo sapere cosa ti piacerebbe vedere, cosa puoi fare o insegnare, e cosa ti piacerebbe imparare.
Cerchiamo attori, musicisti, ballerini, artisti, praticanti di yoga, dottori, avvocati, produttori, manager di templi, bhakta, madri, psicologi, ricercatori, uomini e donne d’affari e questi sono solo per nominarne alcuni. Vogliamo sapere quello che fai e come possiamo aiutarci.
Abbiamo raggruppato i seminari in 4 aree:
Sviluppo comunitario e spirituale.
Affari e Carriera.
Arti e Divertimento.
Medicina e Salute.
Potete frequentare sia per questioni puramente materiali sia per motivi spirituali o per tutte e due le ragioni.

Sotto trovate un programma approssimativo degli eventi del festival Kulimela 2008.

10 - 16: iscrizione al festival, pagamento quote e sistemazione.
all'arrivo a tutti sarà chiesto di registrarsi per ricevere la fascia del festival (con cui potranno accedere al cibo, frequentare corsi e conferenze e partecipare agli spettacoli serali). Le persone che non hanno pagato l'iscrizione al festival in anticipo dovranno pagare la quota intera di 40 euro. Le quote per le sistemazioni dovranno essere pagate in anticipo per l'intero numero delle notti.
17 - 18.30 - cena (sarà un pasto leggero: tipo insalata di pasta, zuppa, panini ecc)
19 - 20.30 - introduzione e attività per conoscersi l'un l'altro.

The Passing of a Vaishnava Family Member
It is with much sadness that I inform you of the passing of Gokulananda dasa (Kevin Michael Simmons), a member of the Gurukuli Community.
On Friday, June 20th 2008 Gokulananda died by suicide in Marina Del Rey, CA USA.
The news of his departure was conveyed to his family and Gurukuli peers by his long-time girlfriend, Michelle LeMay.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate and honor his life on Sunday, June 29th at Michelle’s place in Marina Del Rey, CA.
Gokulananda was 36 years old. He attended gurukula in New Vrindaban, WV and Mayapura, India. He had been living in Los Angeles for the past 5 1/2 years.
His mother is Mahidhara dasi, his sister Jayanti dasi and brother Nanda Kishore dasa.

I have been in ISKCON since I was a small girl, I grew up following HDG Srila Gour Govinda Maharaja who always was/is a huge inspiration in my life. I am really trying to become a good, sincere and dedicated follower of Srila Prubhupada’s movement and to develop my sadhana.
I live in London and I work full time in marketing and public relations. I love travelling and try to go to India at least once a year. I mainly visit Orissa and Mayapur. I was in Mayapur for Gour Purnima this year and it was AMAZING!! I love Brindaban but I am so unfortunate that I have not been for 7years. Would love to go for Kartik someday as I hear it is incredible!
I am really hoping to go to Radhadesh for the Kulimela. Would be great to meet more young devotees from around the world!
