<title>Spirituality, Our Nervous Systems and Trauma</title>
 <link>http://kulimela.com/en/node/113</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Our ability to experience extremes without being overwhelmed is itself a measurement of our capacity for direct spiritual experience. We will explore the aspect of our organism which perceives reality simply as energy &amp;#8211; our nervous system and how it can yield spiritual experience to an educated person or imprison even a person of high knowledge in the constriction, fixity, hyper-arousal and emotional helplessness of trauma. Many people in our society have suffered through traumatic experiences of some kind. Here we will discuss and demonstrate nature&amp;#8217;s inborn system for resolution of these frozen energies and how this process opens the doors to physical, emotional and intellectual depth.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
