Kulimela Radhadesh 2008

Below is a rough schedule of events for the Kulimela Radhadesh 2008 Festival.

Thursday 31st July 2008

10:00am to 4:00pm - Festival registration, arrange and pay accommodation

Upon arrival everybody will be required to register to receive their festival band (entitling them to food and to attend the conference/seminars and the evening entertainment). People who haven't paid their Festival Fees already will have to pay the higher rate of 40 Euros. Accommodation fees will also need to be paid upfront for the full number of nights.

5:00pm to 6:30pm - Evening meal (this will be a light meal i.e. pasta salad, soup, bread rolls etc)

7:00pm - 8:30pm - Introduction and "get-to-know each other" activities

9:00pm - 11:00pm - Light Entertainment: music, bhajans etc

Friday 1st August & Saturday 2nd August 2008

8:45am to 9:45am - Breakfast

10am to 12:30pm - Sessions 1 & 2 Conferences/workshops/seminars. Sports activities. Kids Camp

12:30pm to 2:00pm - Lunch

2:15pm to 5:45pm - Sessions 3, 4 & 5 Conferences/workshops/seminars. Sports activities. Kids Camp

5:45pm to 7:15pm - Evening Meal

7:30pm to 12:00am - Entertainment:
Friday - dance, theatre, fashion show followed by a DJ to end things
Saturday - live bands and music

Sunday

12:00pm to 1:30pm Closing Session
